downloadable products

Hello,
Service has been great so far, thanks for working with our requests and for responding quickly.
So we're testing out the ecommerce before going live. Everything works great ordering, checking out, etc.
Here's the problem: all of our products are downloadable, and when we tested a purchase our email receipt arrived just fine...but without the links to the downloadable products! :( A previous forum response said something about three extra lines of HTML code, but never gave those three lines. Please advise on how to fix, we're so close to getting our new website out to almost 2000 customers.
PS-How would we upload a zipped file to your site that customers could download and unzip?
