One 'Add to Cart' for multiple products

I want to do an order page for wholesale orders that allows a customer to order multiple sizes of a product (I've done each size as a separate product) and click only one "Add to Order" button. Is there any way to eliminate the creation of a separate button for each product and have one button post all of the choices? I have attached a link to an image that shows this being done on a shirt site. Can emartcart do this?
