a message was sent to me telling me they had no idea what I was talking about. I didn't know what to do, so I didn't do anything, and this has stifled progress on building the website, and my business. Without the ability to process orders correctly, no business can survive. This shopping cart has been the complete opposite of what I expected, and the only thing I have been able to do was insert the html onto my current website. I need more then that - at least to do basic functions of alowing customers to pay for their orders.
I am very dissapointed in this product, and with customer service.
