No response from support on any inquiries for extended period of time now. Haven't called or emailed support since this posting. So, not sure if they are monitoring or have this business on auto pilot.
Still have an issue in check out cart with default shipping charge reading $26.95 before checking update. This may be due to stuck cookie on my system or it may be due to bug in cart. In any event it could be costing us business as customer probably sees overpriced freight charges and backs out.. Would be nice it they would check to let us know. Hate to reprogram new shopping cart unnecessarily.
If no other emartcarts' experience a similar problem then it is probably isolated to just our coding which I hope is the case.
