That is not very good if they are not responding. I have sent a few emails with questions - and they usually get back to me within 36 hours - I was assuming there was a lag because I am not a paying customer yet. I did call and leave a voice message once and they emailed me but never called me back. I am hoping this is a fluke as i was just about to buy their service. Hopefully you can get your issues fixed.
