My experience with Emartcart has been most satisfactory. I think I've been with them for at yeast 8 years maybe 10 beginning with free service. I looked long and hard for a cart that I could configure and change myself with limited working code knowledge. With this single exception they have responded superbly. Even adding order download options in csv format at my request.
Please don't make a negative decision on my ranting. Judge on the overall big picture. If you're receiving acceptable service stick with 'em. Just my 2 cents. rx
