Usually we leave the forum for merchants to discus items and support does not reply.
Put this merchants accusations look like they needed a response. Did we rip them off ? NO. They signed up for the quarterly Gold Service at $47.85/quarter. This was prorated to the the next billing cycle plus $20 set up fee. Total was the $70.50 that they paid.
We did have a mix up on responding to this customer on our end. And we regret that we didn't get back to them sooner. It should be noted that we provide "minimal" merchant support. this is a self service tool and your are expected to figure out most things on your own. In this case the merchant/develoepr was able to figure out the problem and resolve it without our help.
Lastly this merchant is still evaluating the service and hasn't canceled the service or requested their refund that they are entitled to for the first 30 days. If they decide the service and our support doesn't match their needs then we will refund their intial payment less the $20 set up fees with no questions asked.
