You didn't even provide the minimal service you promise on your sign up pages. These are flimsy excuses and we are canceling our evaluation of your service. I now see how you make your money: with the non-refundable setup fees. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this scam. You will NOT be happy with the service, because you won't get any.
I have just signed up with a company that provides unlimited evaluation for free with no set up charge. You provided shoddy and unreliable service, late support that didn't even know why services had been interrupted, and now you want to talk back to my resorting to your forums after you were completely non-responsive in the 36-hour window you yourselves define to all other channels you provide for contact? Pardon me, but you should give the whole story.
YOU were the ones who could not be bothered to answer a paying customer's emails and phone messages in under 36 hours. Your incompetence lost this account. Admit it. Move on. My client and I certainly are and I hope anyone reading this decides against your product.
